Our Honda Pilot died on our way to pick up our son from camp in Minden on the side of road in Kirkfield. We tried calling a few local places and luckily for us Brian picked up at Brimco. We explained our issue and he immediately offered to drive over to us and take a look. (Should be noted it was pouring rain and he was about 10-15 minute drive away) Brian arrived 15 minutes or so later and he was able to diagnose our issue (air sensor failed) within 10 minutes. He temporarily fixed it so we were able to continue on and offered to come back if we got stuck again. He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable and it was honestly the best experience i have ever had dealing with a mechanic. Almost makes me want to drive from Oakville to have him look after my car!! I can see why Brimco has a 5 star rating, they deserve! Thank you so much Brian for helping us out two weeks ago !
