Finally! A company that is not only affordable, but doesn't charge you for just coming to your door! Xced is prompt, and unlike other companies they show up at their booked time! Their workmanship is professional. They tell you exactly what the issue is, and what it will cost. A part (near extinction) was needed for our 1974 gas fireplace and they searched high and low for it. Until they found it, they kept me up to date on the status. Then they phoned a week later to see if everything was still working and if I was happy with their service. Carol manages the phone end of the business and you couldn't deal with a nicer person. Now that is customer service!! I would highly recommend this company.

Trent goes the extra mile for his clients. We had a pipe burst during the Christmas Cold spell that needed immediate attention. Trent and his helper wasted no time to get on the job asap. Another job very well done. What a great team! This includes their very courteous and helpful receptionist, Carol.

We're very happy with our HVAC installation which replaced an old noisy furnace and window shaker (A/C). I was initially impressed with Trent because of his work history, knowledge, responsiveness and easy manner. Later, Trent and his sidekick Bronson didn't waste any time getting the installation done in a timely manner. All the while Trent kept us up to date with the procedure and welcomed our comments, suggestions and questions. I will not hesitate to recommend XCED highly.

Exced was the fastest to respond when we had a plumbing leak during this cold snap. Luckily it was just a joint needing a soldering repair and Trent had it fixed in a stunningly quick amount of time. I found them easy to deal with and reasonably priced. They obviously care about customer service. Will use again.

We had a new kitchen sink and faucet installed by Xced . We are very happy with the service. It was a fiddly job but Trent persevered and got the job done and it looks great. Will definitely use this company again and will recommend to friends and family!

The customer service Trent and Carol provided was outstanding. They went above and beyond at every stage, helping us find a quality system that was affordable and right for us. Fantastic - We bought a mobile home and were told it needed a new furnace, so we got a quote and were pleased by the price. But wait, when Trent arrived and checked the existing furnace he told us it was perhaps 5 yrs old, great condition and did not need replacing, even though he brought a furnace for installation. Honest - We were so impressed that we had him put in a new hot water and change two toilets to tall, oval heigh efficient ones. We will always call on the for plumbing, heating need and have already booked a a/c check-up come spring.
